On Saturday I went to Adventure Park with my Mum. Shortly after I arrived I saw Dana, Lauren and their mum (Dana is a friend of mine).
Some of the rides we went on were the jumping castle, the river torrent lazy river, bonito’s bay water play, electric cars and the carousal. They were all so much fun! Our favourite rides were the electric cars and the river torrent lazy river.
I saw lots of people from Leopold Primary School and some of them included Haille, Molly, Charlotte, Meg and Ebony.
When it was lunch time we all went over to the big under cover area and I had a sausage in bread. It was really nice. I also had some lollies, a can of drink, an icy pole and a lolly spray, which Dana’s mother bought us.

Have you ever been to an amusement park? If so what were your favourite rides there?

If you haven’t been to an amusement park where would you like to go?

Adventure Park is really fun. I have been there with my niece before but I would like to go again sometime.
It would have been a nice sunny day for it yesterday.
My favourite ride was the racing waterslide (I forgot what it was called!)
Did you get the photo I sent to your mum’s email address? It was a photo for your Skype post?

I googled Adventure Park on the internet. There were two slides and they were called rapid rider water slide and the six lane water racer, but I do not know which one you are writing about.

I went there quite a long time ago with a couple of bus loads of year 7 and 8 kids. We all had a really good time on that day but the thing I remember most was the canoes out on the big lake. I can’t remember anything about the food but I guess that just like you we would have had a sausage sizzle.
I like Lily next time I see you, I will have to get you to show me how to do that.

I’m a college student ALL the way from the US, so to answer your question, no I have not been to Adventure Park. We do have some pretty awesome amusement parks and water parks close to where I live though, so I’ve been lucky enough to check those out. Have you ever heard of Six Flags? It’s an amusement park famous for the Batman ride. When you ride it, you feel like you’re flying! Unfortunately, I’ve never been to Disney World, but it’s something I’d like to change in the future. No matter how old I’ll get, I’ll never turn down the opportunity to ride a roller-coaster! They are so much fun!
